1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Shany Fraissler as a model and content creator.

 

2. Services

Services offered include modeling, photography, and video production. Details will be agreed upon individually.

 

3. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is considered concluded as soon as an offer is confirmed in writing or a service is commissioned.

 

4. Prices and Payment

 

• Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing, unless otherwise agreed.

• In case of late payment, default interest may be charged.

 

5. Copyright / Usage Rights

 

• All created content remains the property of Shany Fraissler.

• Usage rights are granted only for the agreed purpose.

 

6. Cancellation / Postponement

 

• Appointments can be rescheduled by arrangement.

• Short-notice cancellations may result in compensation, especially if resources have already been tied up.

 

7. Liability

 

• Liability only applies in cases of intent or gross negligence.

• No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages.

 

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

 

9. Final Provisions

 

• Changes must be made in writing.

• Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

• Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Graz.
